This chip programmer is specifically geared for the SST27SF512 28 pin chip.  The SST27SF512 is the main chip used in the automotive aftermarket industry for storing programs on tuned cars.  This programmer takes care of the offset needed when programming because of the larger chip size (start address at 0x8000-FFFF).  This makes it the easiest programmer on the market.  Just load the 32k bin file and program away.  Great for programming 32k binary files generated by programs like Crome, TunerPro, Nistune, Uberdata, Turboedit, Bre, HRED and more!
